Hello! I’m Emily, a Registered Holistic Nutrition Consultant, personal trainer and founder of Wellness Goddess. Some of my strongest passions in life are: REAL food, living an ACTIVE lifestyle, and HELPING PEOPLE incorporate these in their day-to-day routines so they can get more enjoyment out of life and feel better.
Whether you’re just beginning or well into your health & wellness journey, you can constantly learn new ways to improve and seek extra motivation to stay on track. That’s where I come in to help! Wellness Goddess is all about empowering people to take charge of their own health. I specialize in holistic nutrition and fitness for women and my vision behind Wellness Goddess was to create a place where they will find tools, resources, and support needed to help them reach and maintain their health & wellness goals.

I had no idea how to eat properly at all. It was very frustrating because I had no energy for workouts. I would feel weak and worn out, and it made me feel depressed, to be honest. I felt I couldn't keep up with others, and I felt like I was making no progress at all. Working with Emily was like opening a whole new world! With her patience and knowledge, I was able to learn how to eat properly, how to portion my food and how to put it together. It gave me confidence and the strength I had always missed. Also gave me super toned muscles! And muscles in places I didn't know existed. It was amazing how my body transformed! I have a newfound confidence in how to cook, eat and purchase the right foods. I have the overall strength that helps me in daily living. I have a small hobby farm with goats, chickens, and a horse so to have energy and muscles where I need them is important 🙂
