Can’t afford personal training but want to work with an experienced trainer? I work with both long distance and local clients to build a program based on their individual goals and physical needs. Most training programs span from 4-6 weeks long.

I specialize in functional strength training, conditioning, and circuit programs. A program purchase includes a 20 minutes consultation on the phone.

Circuit Program

Circuit training is one of the most effective forms of training to “get into shape” and one of the most efficient ways to get through your exercise session quickly and conveniently.  My circuit programs require minimal equipment so they are ideal if you are working out at home or outdoors. If you are looking to work on both your strength & endurance, want a good butt kicking, and want a workout routine that is refreshing and fun, you will love my circuit programs!

Strength Program

Strength training programs are ideal if you are looking to build strength and sculpt your muscles. My strength programs are individualized to your fitness level, your needs, and your goals. Typically more equipment is required due to the nature of this style of training. Thus your access to a public gym or home gym is necessary.

Includes:

  • 3-to-6 day training split (individualized based on your goals, needs, fitness level, and time)
  • 20 min consultation over the phone
